Payments

Carolina Metal Artisans accepts Money Orders,
Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks.

We also accept Pay Pal for your convenience.

After placing your order you will be contacted to
discuss payment options and shipping options.  

Shipping

We generally ship in 7-10 business days on in stock
items.  However on items in the production cycle
please allow us 2-weeks.  We will notify you at the
time of purchase if the item is in stock or in
production.
We generally ship via UPS or DHL unless you prefer
someone else.  All of our items are carefully
cartoned to protect your purchase.

Shipping Cost

We want to make your purchase as affordable as
possible.  We charge the minimum, reasonable
amount for shipping and we do not profit from the
freight in any way.  This is why we contact you at the
time of purchase for your location and discuss
options, so exact cost can be calculated at the time
of purchase.  Should you like additional insurance
this will also be discussed.  
If purchase of multi items is made often these items
can be cartoned together there by saving you
considerable shipping cost.  
We all are familiar with the exorbitant cost of fuel
these days and our method of calculating shipping
cost seems to save you the consumer the most.
If you have a question of shipping cost please email
us and we will be glad to calculate the cost ahead of
time for you.

Truck Deliveries

Should you purchase a larger item, such as a Bed or
Bakers Rack or perhaps several items we will gladly
place the cartons on a skid and shrink wrap these
for you if necessary and ship via common carrier.  If
this is necessary it will be discussed when we
contact you.  We use multiple lines based on the best
service and price to your location.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your
purchase.  If you are not happy contact us within (1)
week and we will arrange for the return.  Please
make sure the item is in original condition and
properly cartoned.  A refund or credit will be issued
depending on your choice less shipping charges
both ways.

Damages

Unfortunately for us all sometimes shipping
damages do occur.  Should your carton appear
overly torn or damaged please notify the carrier so
they can make a note.  Upon opening if your item is
damaged contact us immediately and we will take
care of getting it picked up for you.  All you need to
do is re-carton it in the original packaging.
